Privacy Policy

Odiseo is a software development studio based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, building custom commerce and business software since 2014. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use odiseo.io.
The short version
This is a marketing site, not a product. Beyond basic analytics, the only personal data we receive is what you deliberately send us — a message through the contact form, or a meeting you book with us.
What we collect, and why
Contact form
When you submit the form on our contact page we receive your name, email address and message. That data is delivered to us as an email at team@odiseo.com.ar. It is not written to a database, a CRM or a mailing list. We use it for one thing: to reply to you.
Legal basis: your consent, and the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Booking a call
Our booking links go to Calendly. If you schedule a call, the name, email address and any answers you provide are collected by Calendly and shared with us so we can hold the meeting. Calendly processes that data under its own privacy policy.
Server logs
Our web server keeps standard access logs: IP address, browser user agent, the URL requested and a timestamp. We use them to keep the site online and secure, and to diagnose faults. They are not used to build a profile of you.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
Third parties
- Google reCAPTCHA — protects the contact form from automated abuse. When the form loads, Google may set cookies and collect device and usage signals under the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Calendly — scheduling, as described above.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the providers listed here.
Cookies
We use cookies for the operation, security and audience measurement of this site. You can manage cookie settings in your browser.
How long we keep it
Messages you send us stay in our mailbox for as long as the conversation — or the working relationship that grew out of it — is relevant, and are deleted on request. Server logs are kept for a limited period and then rotated out.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or stop using your data at any time. Write to team@odiseo.com.ar and we will act on it.
Under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25.326 you may also complain to the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, your GDPR rights — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection — apply, along with the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
International transfers
Our providers (Google, Calendly) process data outside Argentina, including in the United States, under their own transfer safeguards.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page.
