Terms of Use
Last updated: 7 August 2026
These terms govern your use of odiseo.io, the website of Odiseo, a software development studio based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. By using the site you accept them.
What this site is
odiseo.io is an informational site describing our services, our work and our open-source projects. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote or a commitment to perform work.
No client relationship
Browsing this site, sending us a message or booking a call does not create a client relationship. Any engagement between us is governed by a separate written agreement — scope, price, timeline and warranties live there, not here.
Accuracy
We keep the content current and the figures honest — download counts, metrics and case study results are drawn from real sources and dated where it matters. Even so, the site is provided as is: we make no warranty that every page is complete, current or free of error, and results described for past clients are not a promise of the same results for you.
Intellectual property
The design, text, images and code of this site are ours, except where stated. You may quote and link to our content with attribution; you may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.
Symfony is a trademark of Symfony SAS. Sylius is a trademark of Sylius Sp. z o.o. Other product and company names mentioned here belong to their respective owners. We are an independent studio and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of those projects unless a page says so explicitly.
Our open-source projects
The packages we publish under github.com/odiseoteam are governed by the licence shipped in each repository — typically MIT — and not by these terms. They are offered without warranty of any kind.
External links
We link to third-party sites — GitHub, Packagist, Clutch, Calendly, our clients. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their practices.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it in a way that degrades service, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Odiseo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute is subject to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
